Production Assistant / Runner (Two positions Available)

Role description 

Production Assistants are vital in assistance within a film production. They are the most versatile members of the team as they do all the ‘running’ around and undertaking all sorts of tasks to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Tasks include

• Drive actors and other members of staff between locations.

• Assist with setting up film equipment.

• Deliver messages and run errands.

• Undertake whatever administrative tasks.

• Order, make or distribute refreshments and meals.

• Ensure locations are neat and tidy.

Skills needed

• Confidence and presentation skills.

• Good teamwork and people skills.

• Self-motivation and determination.

• Time management and project management skills.

• Attention to detail.

• The ability to work under pressure.

• Displays professionalism when dealing with cast and crew and respects confidentiality.
