I’m lucky to have incredible friends who help keep the wheels turning at home, and a husband who cheers me on like no one else. Without them, I honestly couldn’t do any of this.

Over the past ten years, I’ve been on a mission to raise awareness around mental health in rural Australia — a journey rooted in storytelling, community, and connection. From walking beside farmers to sharing their stories on screen, I’ve seen the power of conversation to break down stigma and create real change. Now, as an Ambassador for Coastrek Mornington, I’m walking 20km to support Beyond Blue and continue this mission — one step, one story, one community at a time.
