The idea came while walking a fundraiser for Beyond Blue, I noticing how many people wear activewear every day.
It sparked one simple question:
What if something we already wear could also help people who need support?
From that moment, this campaign was created, combining movement, visibility, wellbeing, and purpose.
Because when support becomes visible, conversations begin.

As a Rural Ambassador for Beyond Blue, I’ve seen firsthand how important connection, practical help, and early support can be, especially through programs like New Access for Small Business Owners, a free mental health coaching program helping Australians thrive.
